Mont Alto, Pa. – The Penn State Mont Alto men's soccer program was active in the community this past fall, assisting with Operation Christmas Child.

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan's Purse Operation where community members pack shoebox gifts each year to bless children in need around the world. In 2016 alone, the organization collected over 11 million shoebox gifts.

Members of the Mont Alto men's soccer team volunteered on three separate occasions where they put together numerous shoeboxes and assisted in moving merchandise around the OCC Chambersburg warehouse.
