HOW IT HAPPENED

-Sawyer D'Andrea started the scoring for Penn State Fayette in the top of the first with an RBI double to left field

-Brady Bigler and Wyatt Kissel each brought in runs in the bottom of the first to take the lead 2-1

-Kyle Mckeon, Gavin Kissel, Wyatt Kissel, and Braden Zeger each had base hits that brought runners in to put Mont Alto up 6-1 after the second inning

-Brady Bigler singled through the left side and added two more RBI to add to his total

-Not long after, Jarrett Goodyear hit a three-run homer to right field – putting Mont Alto up 11-1 going into the fourth inning

-Penn State Fayette would grab three more runs in the top of the fourth on a double from Andrew Despot and a balk from the pitcher to make the score 11-4

-Brady Bigler doubled to right center and added another two RBI to put Mont Alto up 13-4 in the bottom of the fourth

-Wyatt Kissel doubled down the right field line in the bottom of the fourth and Mont Alto would win 15-4 after the fifth inning completed

Game Two: Penn State Fayette 12, Penn State Mont Alto 4

HOW IT HAPPENED

-James Sibert reached home on a passed ball to put Mont Alto up 1-0 in the bottom of the first

-Aidan Schnurer and Aiden Newmeyer both singled in the top of the fourth and put Fayette up 3-1

-Cameron Bailey hit a solo home run to bring Mont Alto within one in the bottom of the fourth

-Fayette's Johnny Ioannou, Aidan Schnurer, Remington Lessman, and Aidan Newmeyer all contributed to a five-run fifth inning and they led 8-2 going into the bottom of the fifth

-Wyatt Kissel and Garrett Rosenberry brought in a run each to cut the lead to four runs going into the sixth

-Johnny Ioannou and Aidan Schnurer each singled in the sixth and brought in three RBI combined to extend Fayette's lead 11-4

-Jaxon Monnard ended the scoring for Fayette on a single to score teammate Andrew Despot in the top of the seventh
