It's been an exciting year for the 2013-2014 Mont Alto Cheerleading squad.

They first traveled to Mount St. Mary's University to compete at the Cheerstarz Nationals hosted by The Epic Brands. The ladies won first place.  

Next they headed to Ocean City, Maryland for the Reach-the-Beach Nationals, also hosted by Epic Brands.  The ladies won the first place in the Small Collegiate All-Girl Elite division, beating Fairleigh Dickinson University by 24.67 points.  

Competing in the Large Collegiate All-Girl Elite was Widener University and in the Large Collegiate Coed Limited Elite, first place went to Rider University and second place to Brockport Cheerleading.  Rider University took the highest score for the collegiate divisions; Mont alto was only 10.22 points below their score, which is quite impressive considering their squad was twice the size of ours.  

This year's routine and performances gave the Mont Alto ladies the highest scores the team has ever earned in the past 10 years they have competed at Reach the Beach.
