Last night durinng the USCAA Men's Basketball National Tournament opening banquet Mont Alto big men, Jerome Evans and Cody Rydbom were honored for their season accomplishments.

Rydbom was honored for his dedication in the classroom as an Academic All-American.  Rydbom had to earn a cumulative gpa of 3.5 or higher to gain this honor.  His leadership on the floor leads over to his leadership in the classroom, as he not only focuses hard on his own studies, but also helps his teammates stay ahead in their grades as well.

Evans earned First Team All-American honors for his play on the court throughout this season.  Evans' leadership on the court, as well as his All-American worthy play has led Mont Alto to a PSUAC Championship, and to a #3 seed in this years USCAA National Championship Tournament.

Congratulations to both of these men on their accomplishments.
