The Pennsylvania State University Athletic Conference named its players of the week on Tuesday afternoon. A Penn State Mont Alto men's basketball player has been named player of the week for a second straight time as Quintyn Flemister was awarded player of the week last week. Williams helped Penn State Mont Alto to a perfect weekend, defeating Penn State Hazleton on Friday 77-49 and Penn State DuBois 76-53 on Sunday. Williams averaged 17.5 PPG over the two contests propelling Penn State Mont Alto to a 8-1 conference record and 13-2 overall.
He also averaged 9.5 rebounds and 5 assists in this weekend's games. For the season, Williams is third on the team in scoring with a 13.3 average. He is also the top rebounder on the team with 8.6 boards per contest.
