Freshman Scott Levy (Chambersburg, PA) won his second match of the season at Penn State Fayette's tournament at Mystic Rock Golf Course. The golf team also claimed the number one spot overall along with taking first through fourth place individually. On the par 72 course, coming in first was Levy with a 76, Dan Zeiders (Sewell, NJ) 79, Ariq Mansur (Dhaka, Bangladesh) 80, Chris Rhein (New Park, PA) 81. "It was a very tough course today with 25 mph wind all day. Only ten players broke 90 out of the field of 36. Our players played very smart today and swept the top four spots. We had a great course management," Head Coach Bill Burke explained.
The golf team will host their only home match of the season, next Thursday at 10:35 a.m. on the Founders Course at Penn National.
