Penn State Mont Alto's golf team hosted a PSUAC Tournament yesterday at Penn National on the Founders Course.  As a team, Mont Alto finished in fourth place with a score of 343.  Three of Mont Alto's golfers led the field, finishing in the top three of the tournament.  Sophomore, Cory Eberly was the medalist, earning his first career tournament win at Mont Alto.  He shot a 75 on the par 72 course.  C.J. Snow finished in second and shot a 78.  Adam Poulson tied for third with a score of 80. 

Penn College's team won the tournament with a 325.

"It was great to see Cory have a nice round," commented Coach Burke.  "He made the turn at one under par but had a couple of doubles on the back.  This was Cory's first tournament win at Mont Alto."

"C.J. and Adam followed closely behind at 2^nd and 3^rd place.  They played much better than their scores indicated.  It was nice to see the guys come in at the top individual scoring."

Mont Alto returns to action on Monday, September 9^th at Penn College.
