Soccer drops a game to Penn College

 

Mont Alto's soccer team had a tough game on Saturday against Penn College.  They were unable to find the back of the net in a 10-0 loss. 

  

The team played hard for all 90 minutes of the game but could not stop Penn College who scored six goals in the first half and added four more in the second.  Corey Meyers led Mont Alto with six shots; four being on goal.

  

Mont Alto's goalkeeper, Jacob Sempowski, made seven saves in the first half and added six saves in the last 45 minutes of the game.  

 

Chris Brennan, Luke McFalls and Ryan Miller all recorded two goals each for Penn College while Douglas Binnie added three assists.

  

Mont Alto will travel to Penn State York on Wednesday, October 2nd for a 4:00 p.m. game.
