In the first 2 games of the season Mont Alto is still trying to find their offense.  Although this group has only been playing together for a short period of time they seem to be coming together quickly.  Held scoreless in their first 2 matches Mont Alto has made a concerted effort defensively, and that could be a difference maker in conference play.

The Mont Coach Tim Carey has purposely made his pre-conference games as tough as possible to get the men ready for the hard PSUAC play they are about to face.  Losing to Delaware Valley tonight 4-0 was not necessarily a loss in the long run for his team.

WIth DelVal having 15 shots on goal, sophomore goalie Jaared Adam is looking pretty sharp in his first year playing with the team.  And the leadership from the returning players is in high demand from the coaching staff.  After todays game they will concentrate on the good defense, but also work on the lack of offensive production.

Mont Alto will face the University of Valley Forge Sunday afternoon.
