In the first home stand of the season, Mont Alto softball split the doubleheader with Hagerstown Community College.  The bats were swinging well for Mont Alto in the first game for the Mont as they won handily, 20-12.

Mont's catcher Brooke Porter(10) went 4 for 5 from the plate, and in the second inning hit a grand slam to lift her team's run count. 

Pitcher Cassidy Feaser(5) earned the win for Mont Alto.

The ladies will start conference play on the road this Saturday as they travel to Penn State Schuylkill.
