The Mont's softball team traveled to conference opponent Penn State Schuylkill today for the first conference double header of the season.

Mont Alto's Krista Feaser(24) drove in 3 of the 4 runs for her team.  Krista's sister Cassidy Feaser(5) would get the win from the mound as she pitched 5 innings, giving up only 4 hits.  The Mont took the first game of the double header by the score of 4 to 3.

The bats awoke early in the second game for Mont Alto as they took the lead in the top of the first inning driving in 5 runs.  Brianna Glatz had 4 RBI's to lift her team, with Alyssa Munns(9), Brooke Porter(10), Krista Feaser(24) all adding 2 RBI's each.  Kayla Carbaugh(4) also added an RBI to help the cause.

Cassidy Feaser would again earn the win from the mound for Mont Alto on only 2 innings of work, as Munns would come in and throw a solid 5 innings to finish out the game.

Mont Alto is back in conference road action tomorrow for a double header at Penn State Brandywine.
