Mont Alto, Pa. – Sophomore Krista Feaser was the lone Lion from the Penn State Mont Alto softball team recognized as the Penn State University Athletic Conference released its end-of-year softball awards. Feaser earned Honorable Mention honors after changing positions and becoming a shortstop in 2017.

Feaser hit .302 on the season, had six RBI's and tied a career-high scoring 16 runs. The Shippensburg, Pa., native became a real threat on the base paths swiping nine bags this season, which ranked fifth in the PSUAC. Feaser also posted seven multi-hit games, including a three-hit performance in a doubleheader with Christendom and hit her second career home run on March 30 against Penn State Beaver.
