This past Thursday, Coach Lundy made his women's basketball team aware of how fortunate they are to be on the court.  Although being an athlete is a grinding strain both mentally and physically, the women's basketball team is thankful this holiday season that they have the abilities and opportunities to be sore after a practice.

After an evening of Christmas Caroling at Manor Care in Chambersburg, the Lady Lions were pleased of their off the court performance to be able to put smiles on faces that aren't able to get out to enjoy the pleasures of running sprints in between drills anymore.
