WAYNESBORO, Pa.- Dan Bertram (Seaford, N. Y. / Seaford) highlighted the finishes for the Penn State Mont Alto wrestling team who finished 12th at the NCWA Mideast Conference Championships on Saturday at nearby Waynesboro Area High School.
As a team, Mont Alto garnered 21 team points with Silas Dishong (Williamsburg, Pa. / Williamsburg) scoring a sixth-place finish in the 184-pound weight class and Brandon Jackson (East Berlin, Pa. / Bermudian Springs) earned a seventh-place honor at 141-pounds.
Bertram earned National Qualifier status in the 125-pound weight class after advancing in the tournament due to an opponents injury default.
