Volleyball Wins Off of the Court

Although the Mont Alto Women's Volleyball matches are over, they still have success to bring as a team.  Both in conference, and at the USCAA National level, the volleyball team earned huge achievements together.

Academically, two of Mont Alto's own, in Melissa Orlandini and Dori Kozain, earned national recognition in the USCAA working their way to Academic All-Americans.  This award is given to student-athletes who maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.

The PSUAC has also voted on their Conference Teams, and four of Mont Alto's players earned the honors this season.

First Team All-Conference Honors went to Alyssa Booth who had an outstanding season with almost 5 digs per set.

Second Team All-Conference Honors went to both Jenny Halterman and Melissa Orlandini.  Halterman averaged 7 assits per set this season, while Orlandini added in 2.5 kills per set.

Conference Honorable Mention was awarded to Katie Graham, who averaged 1 kill per set, as well as 3 digs per set.
