The Penn State Mont Alto Cross Country team competed in their last meet of the season at the PSUAC Championships.  The championships were held at Penn State Brandywine. 

"We had several runners improve their times from when we ran this same course earlier in the year," Coach Lundy comments.  "We showed some improvement throughout the course of the season but to be competitive at the top level in our conference we have to get faster.  We will continue to work and train hard individually throughout the off season.  I am excited to see the improvements that can be made heading into the 2013 season."
