Michael Lebo enters his fourth season on the Penn State Mont Alto coaching staff in the 2021-22 academic year, serving as the assistant coach for the baseball program. Lebo functions as a hitting coach for the Nittany Lions and provides defensive instruction to the outfielders and the team's catcher.
During his time with the Nittany Lions, Lebo is expected to play an integral part in the team's recruiting efforts, filling an invaluable role throughout the process.
He is also the lead of operations and owner of Primal Sports Management & ML Baseball and 12U Travel Head Coach and lead of youth development.
Lebo graduated from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in sports administration.
