Coach Burke knows not only how to get his players ready to compete, but also how to win.  Today was no different as Mont Alto traveled to University Park for another PSUAC tournament.  This was the fiirst tournament since Mont Alto's victory at PSU Hazleton at the end of August.

Tom Shearer was the medalist last tournament, and wanted to continue that streak, but 2015 PSUAC Golfer of the Year, Austin Green showed up to play today.  The teammates tied one another at the end of the day shooting 71 each for the round.  Lehigh Valley's Brian Zinman sat in the mix as well with his own 71.

Mont Alto as a team shot an outstanding 299, and were 25 strokes under the 2nd place team in PSU Wilkes-Barre.

Mont Alto's next match will be held at the Waynesboro Country Club on September 19th.
