Mont Alto's Terry finds back of net for second straight game in loss to Penn State Lehigh Valley

Penn State Mont Alto men's soccer took to the pitch for its second conference game of the 2022 season on Saturday afternoon. Penn State Lehigh Valley got the best of Mont Alto in a 5-1 win, outshooting Mont Alto 16-7. 

 

John Cupitt put Lehigh Valley on the board first in the fifth minute on an unassisted tally. Minutes later, Mont Alto's River Terry registered a goal in his second straight contest with an assisted crossing pass from Nathaniel Edey. That would be the last of the scoring for Mont Alto as Lehigh Valley scored two more goals in the first half, followed by two more in the second half for a 5-1 victory.

 

Joel Santiago was the standout for Penn State Lehigh Valley as he took a 1-1 tie and scored the next two goals to push the lead to 3-1 to end the first half. Thomas Oberholzer and Bryce Kylor recorded the other shots on goal for Penn State Mont Alto.
