Carlow 3, Mont Alto 0
Mont Alto, Pa.- Two second half goals from Carlow sealed a non-conference victory over Penn State Mont Alto in the second home game of the season. Logan Punako scored a goal on an assist in the 39th minute as the Celtics took a 1-0 advantage into the half. Blake Emge connected on his penalty shot attempt in the 78th minute as Carlow took a 2-0 lead. Carlow added a third goal of the contest as Hunter Brady connected on an assist from Devan Donskoy.
Alan Hoffner paced the Mont Alto attack with two shot attempts on goal. Connor Ford had the other scoring opportunity for the Nittany Lions. Jawad Malik stopped 8 shots on 11 attempts for Mont Alto and Dustin Harrier recorded saves on three of his shot attempts faced.
