The Penn State Mont Alto golf team traveled to University Park on Monday morning to take part in the PSUAC Invitational held at the Blue Course. Mont Alto continued its strong start to the season with a team score of 314, finishing in second place behind Hazleton. 

Ryan Small led the way for Mont Alto as he carded an even par 72 on the day, good enough for a 3rd place finish. Hunter Flickinger was right behind, finishing tied for 4th with a round of 75.

Stephen Lucas 83 (T-24th), Ben Irr 84 (T-27th), Brennan Sease 85 (T-31st) and Brogan Beall 85 (T-31st) rounded out the scoring for Mont Alto.

The teams final regular season event before the PSUAC/USCAA Championships will be on Tuesday, October 3 at Kennett Square Golf Club for an 11am start.
