UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Penn State Mont Alto's Brady Topper (Littlestown, Pa. / Littlestown) has been named Penn State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC) Hitter of the Week, which was announced on Tuesday afternoon.

Brady Topper (Littlestown, Pa. / Littlestown) had a huge week at the plate going 10-for-24 and helped Mont Alto clinch the No. 3 seed in the PSUAC West for the First Round of the PSUAC Tournament. The sophomore first baseman drove in eight runners during Mont Alto's 4-1 week.

The 2017 USCAA Second Team All-American hit his first collegiate home run in the series at Fayette and hit a no-doubter on Sunday at PSU York in the 8-5 win. Topper is slashing .337 this season, scored 12 runs and has collected 21 RBIs, which is a career-high.

Penn State Mont Alto are slated to finish off its regular season schedule with a road doubleheader against Penn State New Kensington on Thursday, April 24. The schools were originally supposed to play on Tuesday but the games were postponed due to impending weather.
