1900’s
- 1903: Pennsylvania State Forest Academy opens being one of the first in the nation
- 1905: Men’s Basketball team is formed
1920’s
- 1926: Baseball team is reformed after being disbanded due to lack of quality of play
1929: Penn State University’s program merged with the Forest Academy which later becomes Penn State Mont Alto
1940’s
1960’s
- Nov 30, 1966: A nine game varsity basketball schedule was announced by Coach Duane L. Thomas.
1970’s
- 1970: Men’s soccer team is organized and goes undefeated in their first season
1980’s
- 1985: Men’s Basketball wins its first PSUAC Championship
1990’s
- 1993: Multipurpose Activities Center completed on campus; includes two gymnasiums, locker rooms, racquetball courts, and more.
- 1998: Women’s Volleyball wins its first PSUAC Championship
- 1999: The Softball team begins its first season
2000’s
- 2002: Commonwealth campuses shift to four years, split into divisions
- 2008: Joined USCAA, adding the entire PSUAC to the ranks, before it was just five teams competing nationally
- 2009: Golf team wins its first PSUAC Championship
2010’s
- 2011: Softball wins its first PSUAC Championship
- 2012: Baseball wins its first PSUAC Championship
- 2015: Women’s Soccer begins its first year of competition
2020’s
- 2021: Women’s soccer goes undefeated in conference play while on their way to their first PSUAC Championship win in team history. They earned an automatic bid into the USCAA National Championships as a four seed. The team had four PSUAC All First team awards as well as two honorable mentions.
- 2022: Wrestling’s Luke Lardarello wins the NWCA 174lb National Championship, the first individual Championship in school history
- 2022: Women’s volleyball wins the USCAA National Championship, the first team national championship in school history
