Championship Game 1: Penn State Mont Alto 4, Penn State DuBois 2
Game Story:
- Gavin Kissel opened the scoring in the top of the second inning, scoring Brady Cullen on a RBI single.
- Jarrett Goodyear pushed the Penn State Mont Alto lead to two runs with his RBI single in the top of the fourth, plating Tyler Moreland.
- Caiden Smith provided the insurance once again on the weekend with a two RBI single, Jared Pine and Brady Bigler scored on the hit. Penn State Mont Alto took a 4-0 lead into the bottom of the 6th.
- Penn State DuBois wouldn't go away as they plated two runs in the home half of the sixth inning. Bryce Dobson provided a sacrifice fly and Brandon Sicheri scored Tyler Yough on a RBI groundout. Penn State Mont Alto led 4-2 after six complete.
- Starter Trystan Housman earned the victory in game one, going 5+ innings while striking out three.

Championship Game 2: Penn State Mont Alto 3, Penn State DuBois 0
Game Story:
- The game remained scoreless through five innings of play as each team had three hits to that point.
- Caiden Smith led off the sixth inning with a walk. Pinch hitter Dylan Reisinger advanced Smith to second base on a groundout to third base. Jonathan Lentvorsky was intentionally walked setting up a force play at any base. Jarrett Goodyear plated the game's first run on a RBI single, scoring Smith.
- Brady Bigler came up and recorded a two RBI single, plating Brady Cullen and Michael Scott to put Penn State Mont Alto up 3-0 in the sixth inning.
- Penn State Mont Alto starter Matt Huston toed the rubber for the seventh and final inning, completing his outing with two groundouts to end the game. Huston went seven strong innings, allowing three hits and striking out four batters.

For Penn State Mont Alto, Monday's championship victory is the team's first conference championship since the 2017 season. Following a April 12th loss to Central Penn College, Penn State Mont Alto finished the season with a 11-1. The team's only loss was to Penn State DuBois in the first weekend of the PSUAC Tournament on April 30.
