HOW IT HAPPENED

-Kyle McKeon opened the scoring for Mont Alto with a sacrifice fly to left field that brought in Jarrett Goodyear to put his team up 1-0 in the top of the second

-Jarrett Goodyear hit a grand slam in the top of the third to give Mont Alto a 5-0 cushion

-Cameron Bailey singled to left and scored Caiden Smith to make it 6-0

-James Sibert hit a triple to left field and brought in a run to put Mont Alto up 9-2

-Gavin Kissel singled towards the left fielder and scored Cameron Bailey to extend Mont Alto's lead 11-2

-Fayette's Sawyer D'Andrea tripled, and Josh Burns doubled to bring in two runs in the bottom of the seventh - but it wouldn't be enough and Mont Alto would win game one 11-4

HOW IT HAPPENED

-Brady Bigler scored on a pass ball to put Mont Alto up 1-0 in the top of the third

-Gavin Kissel reached on a fielder's choice but brought in Matthew Boyer to make the lead 2-0

-Brady Bigler hit in two more runs in the top of the fourth to extend the lead to four runs

-James Sibert doubled to center field and added another RBI to his total to make the lead 5-0

-Brady Bigler singled to right and brought in Garrett Rosenberry in the top of the sixth to top off Mont Alto's scoring
