Mont Alto Men's Basketball went on the road yet again tonight as they travelled to PSUAC host Schhuylkill.  Mont Alto has had issues with turning the ball over this season, and this was a game that they wanted to concentrate hard on fixing that problem.  They turned out to be successfull in that area, having only 10 turnovers, and finishing with 14 assists as a team.

Senior Jeremiah Mitchell led the team again with 19 points and 6 rebounds off of the bench, as Sophomore All-American Jerome Evans added his own 17 points and 5 rebounds, including shooting 7 for 7 from the free throw line.

Mont Alto took a big lead early, and led by 16 at the half.  Schuylkill tried to make it a game in the second half, but with Mont Alto holding them to 35% shooting from the field Schuylkill just didn't have enough.

Mont Alto is in sole possession of 2nd place in the PSUAC (3-1), and 7-2 overall.  Mont Alto is also ranked 2nd in the country in the USCAA, and is ranked 1st in the power ratings.

Mont Alto will be back in action on Friday when they travel to DIII opponent Shepherd University.
