Penn State Mont Alto 91, Penn State Hazleton 57

Veron Talla scored a team-high 26 points as Mont Alto held Hazleton to 12 first half points on their way to a 91-57 win during Military Appreciation Night. Mont Alto veteran Ted Henson, who attended Mont Alto in 1973 and 1974 was recognized by student veteran Brandon Miller as the Veteran Guest of Honor at halftime.

Talla (14) and Nathan Osei (7) paced the way in the first half for Mont Alto, combining for 21 of the team's 32 points in the first half. Hazleton was held to just 4 of 23 shooting (17.4%) in the first half as Connor Rushing led the way for the guests in the first half with three points.

The second half featured 104 combined points to just 44 in the first half as Mont Alto outscored Hazleton 59-45 for a 91-57 victory.

Ten different Mont Alto players scored in Tuesday's contest and the team recorded an assist on 26 of 37 made baskets.
