Penn State Mont Alto 81, Penn State Beaver 67

Beaver County, Pa.- Mont Alto men's basketball were the visitors in their matchup against Penn State Beaver on Friday. Mont Alto won the contest with Veron Talla and Jonathan Pang being the leading scorers.

HOW IT HAPPENED

-It was a back and forth beginning to the first half, but after a jump shot from Caleb Eckert and a three pointer and dunk from Veron Talla Mont Alto was leading 20-12 with 9:29 left in the half.

-Mont Alto went into the half leading 40-25. Jonathan Pang dropped 15 points going five for six from the field.

-Mont Alto went on a 10-0 run to open the second half, seeing Mont Alto leading 50-25 with 16:49 left in the game.

-Mont Alto went on to shoot 69.6% from the field in the second half to help them come away with the victory 81-67.
