Saint Vincent 7, Penn State Mont Alto 0

Following a tough loss to USCAA #1 ranked Berkeley College on Saturday, Penn State Mont Alto traveled to face Saint Vincent on Thursday afternoon. The Bearcats outshot Mont Alto 38-3, winning the non-conference matchup by a final of 7-0.

Seven different players scored a goal for Saint Vincent during the victory. Antonio Mendes started the scoring in the games fourth minute on a pass from Jose Hurtado. Mont Alto's defense would hold form as they went into halftime down just two as David Rahaman scored the other first half goal in the 28th minute.

The Bearcats capitalized on five of sixteen shots in the second half to build and maintain a 7-0 final score. In the 58th minute, Jose Hurtado took a pass from Kevin Aguilar-Contreras and put Saint Vincent up 3-0. Javier Torres (65') and Aguilar-Contreras (68') scored minutes a part to build a 5-0 lead. 

Ben Edwards and Javier Tinoco scored the games final two goals as Saint Vincent provided a balanced offensive output in the victory.

Devin Wynkoop, River Terry and Adriel DeJesus each had a shot for Penn State Mont Alto. Zach Stum stopped seven of 13 shots faced for Mont Alto in the game.
