Rene Quintanilla

Rene Quintanilla

René Quintanilla enters his first season as Assistant Coach for the 2023-24 academic year. Quintanilla had a successful playing career at both Wilson College and Shippensburg University during his collegiate years.

 

In 2018, he was named to the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) All-Conference team as an honorable mention when he finished fourth on the team in goals and fourth in points. He started 16 of the 17 games for the Phoenix that season.

 

In 2019, Quintanilla started in all 12 matches for Shippensburg on defense as well as all 16 matches in 2021.

 

He graduated in the spring of 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in Business Management.
