HOW IT HAPPENED

-Sarah Devilbiss started CCBC off with an RBI double to right center in the top of the first

-Mont Alto bounced back to score two runs off an error and an advancement from a throw to go up 2-1 going into the fourth

-CCBC put up two more of their own in the top of the fifth to go up 3-2

-Following an error from CCBC's shortstop and a couple stolen bases, Destiny Hall and Rachel Alleman each hit an RBI single to put Mont Alto up 6-3 heading into the sixth inning

-CCBC tied it in the top of the seventh off an error and a 2RBI double down the right field line

-CCBC started extra innings with two runs on an error and a groundout that the runner advanced on to put CCBC up 8-6 going to the bottom of the eighth

-Kirsten Dell hit an RBI single in the bottom of the inning but couldn't close the gap

HOW IT HAPPENED

-Paige Loudenslager hit an RBI double in the bottom of the first to give Mont Alto an early 1-0 lead

-CCBC's Katie Weaver leveled the scoring with an RBI single to center in the top of the sixth

-Paige Loudenslager got her second RBI of the game with a single to center and put Mont Alto up 2-1 in the bottom of the sixth

-Not long after, Rachel Alleman brought in an insurance run to give Mont Alto a 3-1 lead that they'd finish with
