Penn State Mont Alto 87, Penn State Greater Allegheny 59

MONT ALTO, Pa.- Kaleigh Hartman couldn't miss on Saturday afternoon as she accumulated a team-high 35 points in Mont Alto's 87-59 win over Greater Allegheny. Dariana Perez had a triple-double with 25 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists. Tomisha Pierce led the way for GA as she scored 35 points on 15 of 27 shooting.

Mont Alto started the first quarter in attack mode, getting to the rim often as they shot twelve free throws in the first quarter. The team capitalized on those chances, shooting 10 of 12 from the line in the quarter. The defense was stellar for Mont Alto early on as they held GA to 13 first quarter points.

Hartman scored 10 of Mont Alto's 14 points as the team led at the half 37-24. 

Both teams shot over 50% in the third quarter. Hartman and Perez combined to score 17 of Mont Alto's 23 third quarter points. In the final period, Mont Alto continued to attack by getting to the line 14 times while making nine of those attempts. Mont Alto would outscore GA 27-15 in the final frame to win in convincing fashion 87-59.
