Penn State Mont Alto 3, Mid-Atlantic Christian 0 (25-9, 25-11, 25-8)

Penn State Mont Alto women's volleyball responded well from a five set loss earlier in the week as they defeated Mid-Atlantic Christian 3-0 on Friday evening in non-conference action.

Leslie Huckle paced the offensive efforts with nine kills, Gracie Vaughn was close behind with seven and Elizabeth Trella had six.

Brooke Denlinger led the defensive efforts with 14 digs, Gabby Baughman had nine as Mont Alto tallied 46 team digs.

Six different Nittany Lions tallied blocks as Gracie Vaughn, Mackenzie Ginder and Abigail Wagner each had two assisted blocks.

Penn State Mont Alto 3, Penn State DuBois 0 (25-6, 25-12, 25-8)

Mont Alto moved to 7-0 in the PSUAC West Division by picking up a sweep of Penn State DuBois in game one of a tri-match on Saturday afternoon.

Elizabeth Trella and Gracie Vaughn each recorded seven kills to pace the offense.

Four Nittany Lions recorded double-digit digs with Gabby Baughman leading the way with 13. Katie Sinks and Brooke Denlinger each had 11 and Kylie Denlinger registered 10.

Gracie Vaughn won the battle at the net with one solo block and two block assists.

Penn State Mont Alto 3, Christendom 0 (25-13, 25-17, 25-15)

Mont Alto completed the season sweep of non-conference action against Christendom, defeating the Crusaders in three sets.

Gracie Vaughn recorded 14 kills on 23 attack attempts and Leslie Huckle had eight kills on 23 attempts.

Kylie Denlinger assisted on 31 of the 36 kills for Mont Alto.

Brooke Denlinger (12) and Gabby Baughman (10) each recorded double-digit digs for the Nittany Lions.

Gracie Vaughn tallied a team-high five assisted blocks.
