Bio
Randy Dillon, MS, ATC, LAT, LMT, CFSC, PES enters his first year as the Penn State Mont Alto Head Athletic Trainer in the 2025-26 academic year. Dillon comes to Mont Alto with over 30 years of experience and education as a Certified Athletic Trainer. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from West Chester University in 1993 and his Masters of Science in Sports Medicine from 1997 from Georgia State University. In 2015, Dillon obtained his Diploma in Therapeutic Massage from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
His career highlights include working with the Philadelphia Wings Professional Indoor Lacrosse Team, the 1996 Centennial Summer Olympic Games where he was assigned to the Weightlifting Venue and worked many pre-Olympic events, The 2004-2005 Basketball Ireland Senior Men’s National Team in Support of the 2005 European Basketball Championship, the 2012-2013 USA Junior Luge Team, The 2024-2025 Harrisburg Heat Professional Indoor Soccer Team, and collegiate stints at East Stroudsburg University as the Interim Associate Athletic Trainer, Clinical Supervisor, and Instructor in their Athletic Training Education Program, and Cabrini College, as well as High School experience at Walton High School in Marietta, GA, and Don Bosco Prep and Northern Highlands Regional High School in New Jersey.
For the past 10 years Dillon has owned RESULTS! Body Work (The Athletes Mechanic, LLC) where he utilizes an integrated assessment based corrective approach to musculoskeletal issues combining many different manual therapy modalities to provide solutions for acute and chronic pain conditions. Working with many former and retired athletes as well as the nationally ranked West Chester University Men’s Club Rugby Team, he has established himself as one of the top practitioners of NeuroKinetic Therapy in the Mid Atlantic Region.
