Opened in 1992, the 34,000-square foot Multipurpose Activities Center (MAC) is the home of the athletic department at Penn State Mont Alto. The Multipurpose Activities Center features an academic classroom, a basketball court, wrestling practice room, extensive locker room facilities, two tennis courts located outside of the MAC, an athletic training room and a multipurpose room used for conferences, events, dances, and other occasions. The building also includes a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring several cardio machines, an extensive array of free weights and numerous pin-loaded weight-training machines.
