How It Happened

-Mont Alto used a key run at the end of the 1st half to go into the locker room up 48-40.

-A Christion Brown three gave Lehigh Valley the lead at 20-16 with 13:09 remaining in the first half.

-Cameron Williams and John Teague scored on back-to-back possessions to tie the game at 20-20. 

-Darrius Bush hit a pair of free throws on a technical foul by Lehigh Valley which seemed to swing the momentum in the first half.

-Following a Caleb Eckert steal and a Cameron Williams jumper, Mont Alto secured its largest lead of the half at the 1:21 mark and at the horn, leading by 8.

-John Teague followed up his tremendous weekend scoring 11 second half points on 5-5 shooting from the floor in the second half. 

-Mont Alto shot 17-33 in the second half and converted on 7 of 10 free throws to secure the conference opener.

 

Game Notes

-The eight points scored by Quintyn Flemister give him 976 on his career...24 shy of 1,000

-John Teague is shooting 61% from the floor

-Darrius Bush ended his streak of four straight games with 2+ 3PM

-Cameron Williams scored 15 points following a two game absence

-Tuesday was Mont Alto's best game from the line, going 17 for 21 for 81%

-Tuesday was also their highest assist total on the year, totaling 24 team assists

-This 5-0 start is the best start since 2013-14 in which Mont Alto started 12-0 under Coach Schenzel.
