Men's Soccer Starts Home Play Strong...

Daulton Hershey picked up right where he left off last season scoring 2 goals in the Lions first home stand of the season.  The early season kinks were there for the team, but they continue to build with each other each and every game.  Today's game against Central Penn was not only the first home game for Mont Alto this season, but also the first win of the season.

Central Penn made the most of the chances they were given from the Mont Alto defense, but those chances were few and far between as the Lions hustled to keep the ball on the other side of the field.  Mont Alto's goalie, Jared Adam and defender Skyler Miller made sure that Central Penn had to fight for every inch of ground.

Mont Alto came through in the end with the 7-5 win for a good start to the home schedule. Mont Alto will host Berkeley-NJ this Saturday at 3:00pm following the women's game.
