Daum's two goal performance lifts Mont Alto over Brandywine

Lacey Daum scored two goals in Penn State Mont Alto's winning effort on Wednesday afternoon. Daum scored the opening tally of the game one minute in on an assisted pass from Alexis Mariano. Leyla Vasquez tied the score at 1-1 in the 32nd minute on a corner kick for Penn State Brandywine. 

 

Daum scored once again minutes after halftime with an assisted tally from Madison Eberly in the 51st minute of action. Seconds later, Brandywine would tie the contest for a second time with an unassisted goal from Hope Priemon. 

 

Madison Eberly provided the game-winning goal on an unassisted give away by Penn State Brandywine in the 65th minute to push Penn State Mont Alto ahead 3-2. 

 

Penn State Mont Alto dominated in shots on goal with a 22-5 advantage. Kiaya Mouer recorded two saves on four shots on goal. Avery Diehl had five shots on goal and Madison Eberly had three on target to lead the Mont Alto attack.
